This ministry involves children that are ages 5 through 10. We hike, do community service projects, learn about cooking, cook, and learn about our surroundings by visiting the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, Sugarloaf Mountain, the Baltimore Science Center, the Sight and Sound Theater, and many other interesting places. When you think Adventures, think a combination of the Cub Scout and Brownies, with all the advantages that would entail, along with an emphasis in loving Jesus.
We know how important it is for a child, yours or ours, to have healthy social, recreational, and spiritual activities as a part of their growth. Learning, particularly early in life, is so important. This is why we work to introduce children to exciting experiences that will challenge them to think and grow, both intellectually and spiritually. If you have young children, this is the kind of ministry of which you WILL want to take full advantage. Our ministry is primarily about building the character of children for the Kingdom of God.
